Belgian Waffle


Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
3 tbls melted butter 
2 egg yolks beaten
1 cup flour
1 tsp  baking powder
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 baking soda
2 egg white beaten stiff


Directions:

In a medium size mixing bowl combine with the sour cream milk butter and beaten egg yolks.  Combine flour baking powder sugar salt and baking soda.  Add some nutmeg for an alternative.  Stir into wet ingredients and mix to smooth.  Fold in stiff egg whites.  
Cook in Belgian Waffle maker.
