Janet's Crockpot Spaghetti

 

4 15 oz cans tomato sauce

2 10 oz cans tomato puree

2 15 oz cans stewed tomatoes

2 8 oz cans tomato paste

3/4 cup white wine

1 cup onion diced

2 cloves of garlic minced

1 bay leaf

3 tablespoons oregano

3 tablespoons basil

3 tablespoons parsley

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

salt & pepper

1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper

1/2 lbs sliced mushrooms

meatballs & italian sausage hot

1/2 lbs ground meat turkey or beef

1/2 lbs italian sausage hot

1 teaspoons crushed red pepper 

1/4 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1 egg

salt & pepper

2 teaspoons parsley

combine in bowl mix well add more bread crumbs if too wet

roll in to medium balls and place in 9x 16" bake dish

cook in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until brown
