Kevin's low fat Pumpkin Bread
2 Cups Pumpkin puree
3 Tbls Shortening
3/4 Cup Fat Free Vanilla Pudding
4 Egg Whites
Splash of Vanilla
3 Cups Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1-1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Splenda
Bake 350 degrees for 55 minutes
